標題[請益] 上銀科技 契約人員???

小弟去應徵上銀的作業員 面試後過幾天人資打電話來通知錄取 不過他說因為我沒有相關經驗 試用期間(好像是3個月)要先簽屬一份契約人員的合約 但不是約聘工 是正職員工 福利薪資等等都是與正職相同 想請問有在上銀待過的前輩們 這份合約究竟是甚麼東西? 另外想問問 上銀作業員的工作環境如何? 目前小弟還在台玻工作 上銀開的底薪比台玻低4800 但上銀的輪班津貼&加班機會都比較高 (加班機會多是指?? 想加就能加? 強迫每天加?) 到底要不要換工作還在考慮當中 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.233.250.89 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1400724784.A.2B0.html ※ 編輯: shadow210390 (36.233.250.89), 05/22/2014 10:31:26
