糧食管理法修正草案今審理

立法院經濟委員會今天逐案逐條審查糧食管理法，截至今天中午尚未開始審查。農委會主委陳保基表示，希望糧食管理法修正草案可以拚過關，這是一部60年沒修正的法案，立院應該盡速審理。

農委會農糧署長李蒼郎表示，糧食管理法修正草案最主要的立法精神是禁止混米和提高重大違規罰則，目前共有27項提案，立委最大分歧在罰款金額有不同意見。

據了解，糧食管理法修正草案行政院提出的修正版本，最高可罰款400萬元，重大違規可立即撤銷糧商登記證，立委修正版本罰款則從數百萬到5000萬元都有。
