想問一下關於粉刺的治療，我的狀況就是粉刺多， 偶爾會形成青春痘，然後就會在臉上留疤…… 之前去找醫生，醫生開給我抗生素＋A酸，心理就覺得怪怪的， 結果相當有效，但一停用就又回來了QQ， 用醫師推薦的理膚寶水和舒特膚洗臉一樣沒用， A酸還有再擦，但一樣沒效， 我在想為什麼治粉刺要用抗生素呢？後來查維基才知道原因， 想問的是： １、 維基上說：「A酸可以促使皮脂腺萎縮，從最根本治療痤瘡。 並且有殺菌、抗發炎等效果。不過皮脂腺萎縮屬於不可逆的過程， 故雖然效果最強，但屬最後一線療法，非不得已不輕易使用。」 皮脂腺萎縮有什麼不好的地方嗎？ ２、除了抗生素，我還有什麼方法/療法可以做？臉一天最多也只能洗兩次…… -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.64.108.11 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1404730092.A.8B4.html
