抱歉，你這個問題我沒遇過
但通常更新出現錯誤碼可能有幾個原因
1.網路有問題或賣場伺服器暫時出錯，網路有沒有問題，可以通過下載其他app來測試

2.欲更新的app跟系統不合
我曾經有在samsung手機上用某些方法安裝不屬於samsung的app
欲更新app時就會出錯
但你這個也跟此無關

我在猜，只是猜
會不會是你上次跳出此更新時，沒有即時更新
而是隔了很久，有可能此更新後來不明原因下架或怎樣
導致後來想更新時，伺服器已無資料

我覺得這個更新可有可無，你可以暫時先取消他，然後觀察看看
我上次跳水時，弄了一支給女友媽媽用
結果她的也當機過兩次，都是畫面卡住不能動
我也在觀察是怎樣

反而我自己這支刷的亂七八糟，用起來都好好的
