最近有一個朋友在菲律賓買了一本別人的護照,當地賣他護照的集團用特殊技術把上面的照片
換成他的,然後他居然用這本護照入境澳洲時過了!!我就覺得很扯,就算照片護照都做得完美,可是難道海關手上不會有這本護照本人的照片嗎?還是海關的資料庫里面不會有護照本人的照片呢?
