標題[問題] 想請老闆按照勞基法算加班該怎麼說

我剛進公司快2個月 月薪是22k 週休二日/紅字放假 現在的加班費是底薪換算時薪$92 但是這兩個月已經有好幾天加班到12點過後,最近新記錄是早上5點 不是事情沒做完,是老闆趕案子 最近才知道加班費按照勞基法是要加乘的 算起來也差了不少 但不知道我現在的資歷該不該爭取 因為其他資深同事都沒意見也默默加班 要爭取的話又該怎麼跟老闆提 還是是我太短視近利呢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 120.119.126.8 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1414476017.A.0A6.html
