請問用北海道鐵路周遊券可以用在新千歲前往函館嗎? - 2014-12-07, 21:36

如題,如果答案是可以的話,請問要怎樣去搭?比如下飛機後該往哪裡走,該去哪裡搭什麼樣的鐵路?該在哪個站下車呢?
又如果沒有鐵路直達應該怎樣轉車呢?
新手上路什麼都不懂希望有達人教路,十分感激!!!
