萬安演習明登場桃警籲用路人提早規畫

萬安38號演習明天登場，桃園市平面道路下午1時30分到2時實施人車管制，街道全面淨空，鐵路、高速公路、機場、港口及特殊勤務需求車輛（警車、消防車、救護車等）不受限制。桃園市警局表示，演習期間，民眾若不遵守管制規定，嚴重可依民防法處新台幣3萬元以上、15萬元以下罰鍰，而要出國或搭乘火車的民眾最好提早出門。
