人妻抓姦摑巴掌 小三夫妻都被訴

林姓男子和小三到汽車旅館開房間，林姓元配抓姦，進房時看到兩人在房共度春宵，氣得賞小三兩巴掌，帶回扣得保險套和衛生護墊並控告兩人通姦罪。

小三事後到醫院驗傷，她告元配傷害罪。林姓元配辯稱，她只是去罵她，沒有打小三巴掌，但有醫院驗傷證明，檢方訊後依傷害罪起訴林姓元配。三人互告都被訴。
