假如一間房子開價1700萬，屋主底價是1500萬，我出價1350萬下斡旋叫仲介去議價，結果沒談成。過一陣子，去看房的人不是沒出價，就是出的價格比我出的還低，然後又死不肯加到比我還高。如果賣了好一陣子都賣不出去，屋主妥協了，願意降價賣的話，假設我出的價是所有看房的人裡面最高的，這時候仲介有可能打電話給我說可以用當時出的1350萬買嗎??? 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.233.0.26 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1401805283.A.04B.html
