小弟為私立大學資工系畢業，目前擔任測試工程師工作約1年半左右 目前有一個新個offer可以選擇，麻煩想請益版上大大 因為考量未來工作成長，所以有想要換工作 看看是否換公司比較好呢？還是繼續待在原公司，謝謝!!! 公司 原公司 瑞昱 職務 測試工程師 測試工程師 工作內容 測試網通產品 wifi認證pre-test 待遇 N*(13+1~3) N*(13+0~6) 地點 租屋 租屋 工時 8~9小時 8~10小時 優點 工作負擔不大 公司名氣大 沒事都做自己事 福利較好 同事間相處不錯 對未來工作職涯、升遷較有幫助(? 缺點 公司未來發展未知 工作負擔大 小弟目前很猶豫，因為換工作薪水沒有成長 但工作負擔會比較大，不過因可以得到大公司offer 對於自己工作職崖和升遷能有加分 還是沒辦法做選擇 麻煩請板上大大能給小弟意見 謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.43.200.41 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1401858214.A.6F9.html
