上網找了一下這家公司，很少有人分享三得利的面試、工作心得、以及相關評價最近得到「酒類市場行銷企劃人員(專員)」的面試機會想請教是否有面試過or待過這個職位的板友能分享相關的面試內容or工作心得? 如果不會日文是否影響面試or工作? 以及這個位置的給薪範圍、公司福利、休假制度、組織結構、主管同事相處氣氛等也想知道三得利的行銷是一個人就負責一個品牌所有大小事還是每一個品牌各自有一個完整的team分工操作呢? 最後有個問題是：三得利會經常加班&需要應酬嗎?
