中時電子報微博精選頁面無法完整開啟

事情是這樣的,昨天友人在FB上分享了一個訊息,測試手機顯示器的好壞,有個網址是連到中時電子報,內容不重要
我使用1020 8.1內建IE,設為桌上型,發生問題如下:

點開網址,(連結)出現以下頁面:

看似正常,但縮小畫面如下:

只剩左邊不到一半可以顯示,如果拉到最底下,確發現可以看到完整的服務或介紹等連結

這個連結是在中時電子報的微博精選中,如果只點選中時電子報的首頁,都正常:

網址列開頭www和weibo的差別,會造成這個問題嗎?? 我試過IE改成手機版本,也一樣

中時電子報首頁也沒有手機版和電腦版的轉換,而且似乎沒有WP版的(下方有出現ios及安卓版app)

有人有解嗎??
