928檔建案爆量演出 4千億案量Q3同場較勁

【住展房屋網/台北報導】近半年房市交易走淡，然而顯然受制於年底選舉及利率長期走升之影響，今年928檔期北台灣房市又再爆量演出；保守估計，加上鬼月已推者，Q3北台灣房市將有4千億案量同場較勁…

儘管政府持續打壓房市，導致交易量萎縮，不過今年年底九合一選舉是更加不可抗拒的利空，加上長期利率看升，因此今年業者仍頻頻推案。

只不過，一方面受制於官方核發建照、使照緩慢，第二季後財經部會又連串出招，包含五月囤房稅、六月央行再加強管制及房地合一實價課稅召開座談會，都持續影響房市銷況。
