各地檢偵辦黑心油案 今釐清分工權責

高本檢今下午召集台北、彰化、雲林、嘉義、台南、高雄和屏東7個地檢署開會，針對黑心油案研商偵辦分工權責和起訴認定等達成共識。

這是針對劣質豬油召開的第三次專案會議，今天下午1點在高雄地檢署進行，由高本檢主任檢察官管高岳主持，會議中協調各地檢偵查的分工事宜，齊一偵查步調，分配各地檢負責起訴範圍，避免重疊和疏漏，起訴時對上、中、下游等廠商間的犯罪事實、使用法條以及是否為共犯等認定要一致。

會議約在下午3點多結束，管高岳步入電梯前說，今會議中協調各地檢偵辦權責分工，「哪邊押就哪邊結」；結案無明確時間表，但會「儘速」，確保民眾健康安全。
