台灣央行維持重貼現率1.875%，利率連14季不變。摩根士丹利證券經濟研究團隊預測，考量外部總體經濟的不確定性（如中國市場），以及台灣出口成長性稍微放緩，台灣央行2015年仍不會升息，估計升息時點最早將落在2015年第2季。
