眼前這株菜，葉莖都是冰珠，難道天寒地凍，冷得菜也結霜？且慢！它根本天生如此。
這蔬菜外貌冷若冰霜，名叫「冰菜」，超市和街市也少見。

 

驟眼看，翠綠葉面像結了薄薄的霜，莖部像滿佈水珠，其實是透明的囊狀細胞，摸上手一粒粒凸起，觸感特別。
