竹市Costco出入口 2月將設正方形路網

Cosco的地是租的不是買的
當初沒買必然懊悔不已
等租期滿了十年之後,
看租金是否調整 cosco是否願意接受
不接受也是只有搬遷一徒,

若cosco離開, 那時候代表商區已經成熟到租金相當高的地步,
離開後 很快會有許多新廠商進駐

若cosco不離開, 對於竹北通勤的人會相當辛苦,
對於住在這區的人 可走介壽路 轉光武國中的巷子進來就好
不需要到慈雲路或是埔頂路
當然越靠近慈雲路和埔頂路也就是cosco的那個角落 越有機會塞車回堵.

長期看好這區的商圈發展 真正發展起來後 對於竹北往來竹科通勤族的交通是一大考驗.
塞車若是對竹北的影響越大 越容易會影響到竹北的房價 以及吸引竹北人遷居關埔的心理
