內文： 好房網News編輯中心／整理報導 房市急凍，房價鬆動了嗎？根據永慶房仲的統計資料， 六都中古屋3月房價僅桃園縣較2月略跌2.6%， 其他縣市都略漲，其中又以新北市的2.3%最多； 在新案方面，根據雜誌統計，也有14個新案持續創下新高價。 根據住展雜誌的最新統計，房價一向相對北市其他行政區親民的萬華區， 也有新案「全坤雲峰」創下每坪開價115萬的新紀錄，頂樓戶甚至飆上130萬元。 另外，中山、北投、汐止等區也都有新案創下新高價， 讓人驚嘆，百萬豪宅，無處不開花。 住展雜誌企研室經理何世昌在蘋果日報紙指出，蛋黃區在在創新高的比例不高， 反而是原先被預測跌幅會比較重的新北市三線區域， 像是鶯歌區鳳鳴重劃區的新推案，比舊市區開價高出1.5成。 現況是蛋黃持平，蛋殼、蛋白漲勢止不住，與原先大家預測的狀況有些不同。 不僅是新案仍有新高開價， 中古屋方面，根據永慶房仲房產集團研究發展中心的統計資料發現， 六都3月份房價與2月相比， 僅桃園縣從15.5萬／坪，下跌為15.1萬／坪，下跌幅度2.6%。 台北市略漲0.8%、新北勢漲幅2.3%，六都最多。 房地產新聞 http://news.housefun.com.tw/news/article/65736993918.html 其他：圖表 http://ppt.cc/qxxw 困獸之鬥。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.198.176.154 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1428153149.A.0E9.html
