請問HTC這3支手機哪一隻比較推薦?

想請問各位
小弟我合約快到期要換新手機
目前只考慮HTC這3支手機
Desire700,Desire816,butterfly s
價錢方面700最便宜只要1500.816要2300,S要6000
先講講這3隻我個人認為的優缺點
816 CP值超高,版上很多人都說不錯
但缺點是我覺得螢幕太大了
因為我出門都沒帶包包,手機都放口袋,所以覺得不太方便(穿牛仔褲會不舒服)
有拿過朋友的NOTE放過......
S螢幕剛好而且他最吸引我的地方就是電池很持久
但缺點就是價錢比較貴一點.......
700螢幕也是5吋剛好,但版上很少人在討論這支手機
所以還不知道他的評價好不好?
目前只知道他最便宜
想請各位可以幫我建議看看哪支手機比較好呢?
