大家都罵建商炒房 那我也要幫建商說兩句話 其實炒房 炒的是土地 不是房子阿... 建商要土地才能蓋房 土地貴 房價就貴 土地便宜 房價就便宜 利潤其實差不多 貴得太離譜 房子反而不好賣阿 就像前一陣子 鰻魚很貴 可是賣鰻魚飯的店家漲價一倍 店家反而賺得比以前少 因為想買的人少了 原料進價卻提高了 所以說建商炒房 不正確阿... 應該是那些把房子買下來轉手的人在炒吧 建商 沒有理由自己把原料炒高阿 價錢炒高了 反而不好賣不是?? 除非他自己是大地主 滿手都是土地 自己土地自己蓋這樣 不然建商幹嘛還要跳下去弄都更 弄合宜住宅?? 炒高了 反而沒人買貨 對自己根本沒好處阿??? 會不會是錯怪建商了阿?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.243.101.165 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1405264665.A.CA1.html
