環保署長走訪三縣 了解餿水油回收狀況

環保署長魏國彥於今(17)日南下，拜會屏東縣長曹啟鴻、高雄市長陳菊、副市長李永得與台南市長賴清德，了解目前各縣對於夜市攤商、小吃等廢食用油的回收管理現狀。

據悉，曹啟鴻表示，願配合環保署日前公佈，要求地方掌握回收及處理業者名單，交予環保署做全國勾稽處理之相關政策，於每日下午三點公佈相關稽查結果。另外，針對先前無法進入工廠查緝的問題，曹啟鴻提出，屏東縣預計試行無人小飛機，未來希望可以對查緝作業有更全面性的掌控。

賴清德則認為中央不應把責任推給地方，聯手合作才能為國民食品安全把關，並表示台南市預計從源頭下，了解廢棄油品的使用上下游流向，另外則是對轄區內的夜市、小吃、攤商餐廳等，採聯合稽查方式，統整環保局、衛生局、消保官一同到現場，做更全面性的盤整。

李永得同意目前環保署推動夜市、攤商、小吃的廢食用油流向管理，允諾配合，但也表示，現下最大的問題是廢食用油究竟會去哪，是國人都關心的議題，認為環保署應盡速擬出對策補起食安破網。
