半導體B/B值跌破1

去年12月北美半導體設備製造商訂單出貨(B/B)值滑落，再次跌破1，達0.98。

國際半導體設備材料產業協會(SEMI)指出，北美半導體設備廠商去年12月份的3個月平均訂單金額為13.7億美元，較11月的12.2億美元增加12.3%，較前年同期的13.8億美元減少1.1%。

出貨部分，去年12月份的3個月平均出貨金額為13.9億美元，較11月的11.9億美元增加17%，較前年同期的13.5億美元增加3.1%。

北美半導體設備製造商B/B值在去年11月止跌回升，重返1之上後，12月雖然訂單及出貨金額同步較11月成長，只是出貨金額微幅超越訂單金額，影響B/B值再度滑落，並跌破1的關卡，達0.98。

據研調機構VLSI Research估計，去年半導體設備產值成長17%；今年在晶圓代工及記憶體業者持續擴大投資，晶圓代工龍頭台積電今年資本支出達115億至120億美元，預期整體半導體設備產值可望再成長8%。
