藏匿陳福祥角頭洪廣明交保

西門町峨眉停車場槍擊犯嫌陳福祥，今晨在桃園遭到警方圍捕落網，陳福祥逃亡期間，接受桃園角頭洪廣明等人接應，藏匿在桃園住商混合大樓內，警方一併逮捕洪廣明與小弟陳鴻源、黃基全；台北地檢署漏夜偵訊後，晚間依藏匿人犯罪命洪廣明20萬元交保，陳鴻源、黃基全各交保10萬元。
