請問一下有關代收款

請問一下一般大樓買房子代收款大概多少?
高雄市預售屋大樓， 六十幾坪總價約一千七， 代收款居然高達六十萬? 包含契稅，瓦斯管路代收費和六個月的管理費一堆東西， 管理費一個月約三四千，請問這是正常的嗎?
我五年前買房子的時候， 比這還貴，我記得代收款才一二十萬，怎麼這會高達六十萬?
