請益 南港經貿園區 vs 內湖哈拉影城明湖國中後面 哪個較佳

想請問各位前輩

如果預算在2200~2400萬以下

自助,目前單身,但未來還是準備for小家庭

不用到大坪數 二,三十坪以下即可

想請教 南港經貿園區 vs 內湖哈拉影城明湖國中後面

南港經貿園區就是新開發的區域(南港展覽館附近), 建物比較新, 目前生活機能應該沒有很好

但因為是新開區區,像信義區的區域與建築規華, 未來性,增值性都很多人非常看好.

(目前有中信金總部, 未來還會有那些重點建設呢? 我知道台電也有在那蓋非常大的一棟...)

內湖 哈拉影城明湖國中後面 則是生活機能等很棒,

有影城,學校, 誠品,診所 一應俱全...

但應該無其他未來題材,未來似乎比較不會再增值

不知道各位前輩覺得 南港經貿園區 vs 內湖哈拉影城明湖國中後面

比起來哪個比較佳呢?
