莊明書：三事件影響本周國際股市

台新投顧總經理莊明書表示，上周五因WTI持續反彈2.6%至52.6美元，能源股領漲1.7%，帶動標普500指數漲0.4%，再創新高。本周有以下三項重要事件可能影響國際股市變化：

第一，希臘國際救助項目將於2月28日到期，今天將是希臘申請延長救助專案的最後期限。上周五，德國和希臘表示，希臘債務問題有希望出現轉機。但上周六希臘媒體Ekathimerini則指出，希臘政府對今天能否達成解決方案不抱太大希望。

第二，本周三（18日）Fed將公布1月27、28日FOMC會議的會議紀錄。市場關注Fed是否探討加息前需要滿足的條件。另外有沒有討論何時刪掉「be patient」。

第三，農曆年前資金緊俏，人行上周擴大逆回購規模至2,400億人民幣。加上元月進、出口成長率分別大幅衰退19.9%與3.3%，遠低於預期的-3.3%與+4%；以及貨幣供給M2年增率僅10.8%，為28年來最低，再次降準、降息的預期再度升高。
