windows phone通訊錄轉移至i could

想請教各位大大水水們~~

小弟剛剛從windows phone 跳槽過來i phone,
想把通訊綠整合到i could，原本是用hotmail內的聯絡人，
但因裡面有許多，是日常不常用的的朋友，

我知道可以從手機裡用郵件帳號聯絡人同步，
但要如何才能將這些聯絡人匯入i could，

我把聯絡人會出成.CSV檔，但找不到匯入的地方
