各位先進小弟不材想問一下拿到貴公司OFFER 可是對這項職缺還是有點疑惑 1113設備工程師(契約) 地點是在園區三路123號的廠(8吋) 這家公司好像也只有8吋廠我有問一下實際的內容因為我同學也被找去面試契約但重點來了我有問為啥是契約他只是說沒經驗還有公司沒職缺所以已約聘的方式招人還有約聘的最大差別在於分紅但季獎金都有還保16個月(但他門技術員好像也有16個月) 只是公司如果裁員一定先裁約聘以及很多不確定的因素想問大大是否建議去畢竟是新鮮人沒啥經驗(只是想找大家一點公司比較有保障) 還有最重升遷 (我有問他說裡面也有一些約聘的也做1~2年) 感覺還有很多人在排隊其實還有拿到天后宮的OFFER 但底薪還不錯只是沒保14個月有點怕怕更何況還在還債還沒完全轉型如果這兩家擇一哪家比較好 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.75.115
