午餐弊案無罪校長 至少可轉任教師

新北市教育局長林騰蛟今天下午在議會接受質詢時指出，新北市營養午餐弊案有4位校長獲判無罪，其中1人已退休，另3人目前仍撤銷停職中，如果檢方不上訴，或全案再審定讞，3人可至少轉任教師職務，再參加校長遴選，通過後即可恢復校長身分。
