借單車代步 車主不知情告竊盜

桃園縣何姓男子（65歲）昨晚9時許要出門吃消夜，發現樓下雜貨店前停放1輛單車，問雜貨店老闆能不能借騎，對方回他「哦」，他就將單車騎走，吃完麵回來，卻被員警及鄭姓失主當場攔下。

何男辯稱是雜貨店老闆借他的，但雜貨店老闆稱「沒聽清楚他剛問什麼」，且並非車主，鄭姓失主則稱沒授權雜貨店老闆可以將他的單車借人，警方依竊盜罪將何姓男子送辦。
