全國最爛！台南仁德交流道改善有望 〔記者蔡文居／台南報導〕被台南市民封為「全國最爛交流道」的台南仁德交流道，改善 方案傳好消息，南市工務長長吳榮今天表示，南下匝道預計下個月即可發包，北上匝道改 善工程環評也已通過。 台南仁德交流道為台南市區進出中山高速公路的主要交流道，迄今仍未立體化，市議員杜 素吟今天上午進行市政總質詢表示，市民都抱怨仁德交流道每天上下班時間都塞成一團， 又無替代道路。其中，南下車道從原南縣規劃到現在已合併升格3年了，還是無法改善， 民眾怨聲載道，到底何時才能改善？ 工務局長吳宗榮答詢表示，目前仁德南下匝道改善工程，預計下個月即可發包，約半年完 成；北上匝道改善工程也有好消息，環境影響評估已獲通過，希望今年底就能發包，工期 約1年半。 http://news.ltn.com.tw/news/life/breakingnews/1019181 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.47.74.50 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1401335522.A.C29.html
