復航罹難三官兵身後，國防部：從優撫卹

復航失事航班3名不幸罹難的官兵，包括澎防部機步營一兵楊景翔、航特部兩棲連中士周胤廷與澎湖憲兵隊長蔡民華。對3位官兵身後事宜，陪同國防部長嚴明前來澎湖的國防部發言人羅紹和表示，有關國軍官兵追晉、贈事宜，須依據「陸海空軍軍官士官任官條例施行細則」辦理，此案3名官士兵是否符合辦理追晉或追贈，國防部將依實際狀況，按作業程序及權責辦理。而國防部在接獲復興航空飛安事故發生後，即指示相關單位派員慰問家屬，並要求相關的單位主動協助辦理撫卹事宜。至於是否為三位官士兵舉辦聯合公祭？羅紹和說，須尊重家屬意願，再據以辦理後續相關事宜。
