傳羅氏擬買餘股 中外製藥大漲

彭博報導，日本中外製藥（Chugai Pharmaceutical Co.）股價創40年來最大漲幅，主因報導說，母公司羅氏大藥廠（Roche Holding AG）正在談判買下中外製藥剩餘股份。

中外製藥今天在東京股市盤中一度上漲21%，報4015日圓，創1974年以來最大漲幅。台北時間今天上午11時36分漲幅收斂為15.54%，報3830日圓。

據熟悉內情的人士說，羅氏正在談判以約100億美元買下夥伴廠商中外製藥的剩餘股權，到今年6月30日為止，羅氏擁有中外製藥62%股權。中外製藥主要的產品是腫瘤和關節炎藥物。這些人士要求不要透露姓名，因為此事尚未公開。

一名消息人士說，這項交易最早可能在本週宣布，但尚未作正式決定。

中外製藥昨天說，目前並未與羅氏談判。今天未能立即獲得中外製藥對這項報導的回應。羅氏的代表則拒絕發表評論。
