標題[問題] Toshiba R830 USB3.0孔不穩

廠牌:Toshiba 型號:R830 購入日期:2012.07(尚在保固內) 距上次使用正常時間:一直正常使用 OS版本:Win7 家用版 平常作業內容:文書、網頁瀏覽 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):Y 問題內容: 這台是年初2手購入，並用內建還原重灌過 使用上一直也沒啥問題 但就是偶爾使用右側 USB3.0 用一陣子會突然自己斷開連結 除非重新開機否則就會一直無法讀取 想請問這是硬體問題還是軟體問題？ 如果是硬體的話會考慮送修， 但因為有自行將HDD換裝SSD，並將光碟機改裝HDD， 請問送修須將硬碟及光碟機裝回嗎？ 還是可以都把SSD及HDD拆下後送修？(即硬碟和光碟機位置都是空的) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.115.158.11 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Notebook/M.1409112827.A.C2C.html
