張顯耀疑洩密案 蔡英文將發聲明

針對陸委會前副主委張顯耀疑似洩密案，民進黨主席蔡英文首度打破沈默，親自在下午發表聲明。

據了解，蔡英文將針對三部分提出看法：一、國家安全體系是構成國家安全戰略最重要的一環，不容因為一人或一黨的利害，紊亂體系健全運轉；二、這起事件重創政府公信力和兩岸、國際的互信，需設法修補；三、強化國安體系。

民進黨下午將邀請曾任國家安全會議諮詢委員、副秘書長、秘書長（代理）、海基會董事、陸委會諮詢委員的陳忠信進行專案報告，報告後蔡英文將親自對外發表對整起事件發展迄今的看法。
