追樹森下游 新北首波下架7000餘公斤

新北市政府衛生局接獲臺北市政府衛生局通報，樹森公司自主通報其自製的「平價標準牛排」也遭頂新劣質飼料油汙染，隨即兵分多路追查轄內通路商家及餐飲業者。首波追查22家中，樹森位於五股的營業所，102到103年共進貨7萬1564公斤、退貨4033公斤，其餘均已售出；另21家下游商家，自103年迄今，共進貨8363公斤，除3189公斤已於昨天陸續下架退貨外，其餘已販售一空。另衛生局將繼續逐一清查。

新北市政府衛生局表示，台北市衛生局的通報中，向樹森進貨的行業囊括通路商、火鍋、炭烤、燒肉及鐵板燒等，但以牛排館受害家數最多，隨即一一撥電話通知這些下游商家立即下架並辦理退貨作業，並派出所有稽查人力，逐一清查並輔導業者下架、退貨。總計28日查核22家，發現業者除已販售外，其餘7222公斤刻正下架退貨中，衛生局29日將繼續追查。
