江揆：軍港西移重新打造基隆港

行政院長江宜樺上午在基隆港東五碼頭舉行記者會，宣布將東五軍用碼頭遷移至西岸。他說，基隆的軸線將改變，「10年後會看到完全不同的基隆市」。

江揆上午與交通部長葉匡時、國防部長嚴明共同宣布此事。未來，將以「東客西運」重新規劃基隆港，貨運集中西岸，發展示範區；東岸發展為遊憩都會港，使基隆轉型為台灣的「巴爾的摩」海港商城。
