英飛凌推全新高功率模組平台

德國半導體大廠英飛凌今（15）日宣布推出兩款全新功率模組平台，提升1200V至6.5kV電壓等級中高壓IGBT的效能，且以免權利金的方式，授權此設計給所有IGBT功率模組供應商。

英飛凌指出，採用此平台概念的首批產品包括高電壓等級3.3kV (450A)、4.5kV (400A)及6.5kV (275 A)，全新設計的封裝尺寸為100mm X 140mm X 40mm。

英飛凌表示，這兩款全新模組將於明年PCIM展會（5月19至21 日，德國紐倫堡）中上市；另外，較低電壓等級的封裝設計也正在開發當中。

英飛凌開發的全新模組平台可滿足高功率密度、能源效率、使用週期長與耐用性等新興系統需求，其彈性的概念可讓相似的零件以並聯方式連接，因此能夠簡化DC連結端子與電容的結構。
