標題[請益] 請問有人下訂新莊super 2的預售屋嗎？

如標題~~~~ 昨日到新莊super 2熱銷預售建案參觀，因為格局感覺還不錯，價格我也不知道算貴還是 便宜？28w/p(含車位)，所以就付了10萬訂金，不過因為預算考量選的是毛胚屋， 在A棟8樓，格局圖是直接寫一般事務所 想請問大家 1.這裡以後好出售嗎？ 2.super 2是位在新昆路上，但google map上找不到這條路，是怎麼回事？ 3.如果在完工之前，想要轉賣是否有可能? 4.買的是毛胚屋，以後會比較好轉讓嗎？還是再花一筆費用裝潢好呢？ 我是第一次買屋，所以担心會較多，拜託大大~解答了，感恩！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.235.201.235 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1418662050.A.215.html
