如標題之前買的預售屋最近準備對保了同一個建案社區有2XX戶大樓 4X戶透天有一筆預付款裏面包含了契稅我大樓區權狀不含車位40初頭要繳47000 (公設比29%) 透天的鄰居7X坪卻只要繳 43000 (公設比不知道聽說很低) 明細是寫契稅=房屋現值*6% 是因為土地持份比例的關係嗎? 有點困惑還有瓦斯接管費居然快5萬 @@ (有沒有可能建商沒賣出去的戶數沒一起攤才那麼貴啊?) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.161.43.22 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1419866826.A.2FE.html
