明知十年後房價打對折現在還是要買房子

社會種種趨勢都告訴我們房價進入空頭市場
然而對於沒有房子的人仍然要咬緊牙關去買
因為人的生命有限,一直租房子不是辦法,生活也不自在
等老了才買房子生活也沒有樂趣了
房子是人生成家立業的必需品
所以無論多貴,無論多麼不合理,沒有房子的人現在都必須立刻搶進,就算爛房子也好

想等政府幫民眾解決住的問題簡直是緣木求魚
還不如趕緊湊錢當首付,一輩子當屋奴也要心甘情願認命
