中國有金華火腿和雲腿，同樣聞名，前者在浙江，後者主要在雲南宣威縣，故又名宣威火腿。
雲腿用豬後髀，每隻超過 8公斤，比金華火腿大隻。
靚火腿不單有鹹味，還有火腿的甘香。
