張盛和：檢討免稅不針對慈濟個案

財政部長張盛和今天表示，給教育文化公益慈善機關或團體免稅合理，法律如果太寬鬆可檢討，但不會針對慈濟檢討。

引起諸多議論的「慈濟內湖園區」開發案，中華民國佛教慈濟慈善事業基金會昨天宣布，在社會未有共識前，即日撤回開發案。

外界質疑政府給慈善機關免稅規定太優惠，張盛和上午在立法院受訪表示，可以檢討，法令本來就要定期檢討，看看能否配合當前環境。

他說，給教育文化公益慈善機關或團體免稅合理，但可檢視規定是否太寬鬆。

是否針對慈濟檢討？張盛和表示，不會，那只是個案。
