基隆港5點半解除船舶進出港管

霧鎖基隆港，濃霧合合散散，基隆港管制中心今天三度宣布暫停船舶進出，最後一次早上9點12分，管制到下午5點半才解除，在港外苦候多時的7艘船終於可以進港，相當罕見。
