若和解判賠錢，對方僅還半年，其餘的如何追討回來?

前年（94年）我朋友的外公被人開車撞死，
之後和對方和解，
法官判對方當事人判陪20萬元，至９４年１１月５日起開始，
因對方經濟有問題，
法官判一個月固定還一萬，
但是對方僅還半年~也就是六萬（到９５年４月５日）
至今就沒有在賠償其餘的14萬。

和解內容有說按月每月５日给付新台幣１萬元，至清償完畢為止，如一期不给付，視為全部到期。
但是爾後去問書記官，他卻回答說對方名下沒有任何的財產，我們也拿對方沒輒。
請問有什麼方式可以要的回來其餘的１４萬嗎？

有去國稅局查過了~
確定對方名下沒有任何財產，
也沒有任何的薪資收入記錄，
這樣不就完全拿他沒輒了嗎??
