M3接轉接環後EF鏡頭自動對焦問題

小弟最近新入手一台M3 (第一次接觸類單眼)
為了家中有不少的EF/EF-S鏡頭
特別買了一個轉接環

沒想到一接上後，手上的鏡頭在我沒有半按快門的情形下
移動相機視點的同時，鏡頭也跟著不斷的自動變換對焦
鏡頭一直發出吱吱的對焦聲
請問這個是正常的情形嗎?
我在用單眼時從來沒發生過這個狀況耶

如果這樣搞下去，我的鏡頭不會操過頭嗎??
還是有什麼辦法可以在M3的設定中關掉自動對焦?
我指的不是把鏡頭調成MF哦~
