標題Autobuy上買的INTEL530保固 老闆說得對嗎?

第一次上網買3C產品 不懂保固日如何算起 想請教大家一下 我買的是Intel 530 120G SATA3 2.5吋 SSD固態硬碟 今天寄來 我照著官網去查保固只有三年 但網拍標示五年保固 去電INTEL說發票上面要有型號...等等詳細資料(客服說網拍訂單編號跟他無關) 但我的電子發票上面只有打Intel 530 120G SATA3 2.5吋 SSD固態硬碟以及訂單編號 剛剛去電問老闆 說官網顯示是從出廠日起算的保固2016/3 說只要保存發票+網路訂單(因為發票上沒有詳細資料 所以要附上網路訂單) 送回原廠維修時 再出示證明 就可以更新資料保有五年保固 請問這樣的說法是正確的嗎? 要怎麼看自己的東西是不是拿到OEM阿? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.40.165 ※ 編輯: polabi 來自: 111.243.40.165 (10/18 15:16)
