馬英九出席警署餐會 強調酒駕零容忍

中華民國警察之友總會晚間在警政署舉辦慰勞警察聯誼餐會，總統馬英九出席致詞，肯定防制酒駕成效，他說，去年酒駕肇事死亡人數245人，相較前年減少131人；酒駕是死亡率最高的犯罪，希望可以再下降，維持「零容忍」政策。

馬英九提及立法院通過新修正通訊保障及監察法，表示警方擔心影響打擊犯罪，其實保護人權及打擊犯罪，兩者可以取得平衡，已指示行政院邀集相關部會研商。
