103年度教師節表揚大會上午在陽明山中山樓舉行，教育部長吳思華致詞時表示，教育是國力根基，提升教育品質是政府對國民的責任，也是家對新世紀的承諾。

吳思華以亞運舉重金牌選手許淑淨為例，當她拿到金牌時，第一個擁抱的是教練，足見良師的重要；唯有認真的老師，才會孕育優質的教育。
